However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within the stipulated timeline. Refunds will not be granted if the product is damaged due to misuse, altered after delivery, or returned without valid proof of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain categories of items are strictly non-refundable. This includes perishable goods such as groceries, food items, personal care products, and hygiene-related items. Additionally, products purchased during clearance sales, promotional offers, or with special discounts are also non-refundable.

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Customers must raise a refund request within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests received after this period will not be considered. For faster resolution, please contact our support team immediately upon identifying an issue with your order.

4. Process for Requesting Refund

To initiate a refund, customers must send an email to info@manahypermart.com or call +91 8500363600 with their order details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request. Our support team will verify the request and guide you through the next steps.

5. Refund Approval

Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This may apply if an item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error. Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

7. Shipping Costs on Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product delivered by Mana Hyper Mart. In such cases, we will bear the return shipping charges.

8. Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their orders before the product has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. For prepaid orders that are canceled in time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. We may require photographic or video evidence for verification. Upon approval, a replacement will be arranged or a refund will be processed as per your preference.
